MILL  INCREASES: In the past few days, most north American mills have all announced $30/ton increases on HR/CR/GV…CSI (California), Nucor, NLMK, USS Posco (California), Arcelor Mittal, US Steel and AK have all come  out with the same increase of $30/ton INDEX: HR: Fell a modest $5/ton ($0.25/cwt) this week, after falling $21/ton last week….HR now…
